Excellent location, steps away from the metro station, AC was powerful enough and also programmable, host was very friendly.
Hot water may take a very long time to reach this bathroom on the 10th floor. There is a backup installed but the pressure is not that great. This wasn't an issue for us because it was summertime, and also isn't something that the host could realistically solve, but it's something to be mindful of if you wish to book this during winter.

We liked everything—very polite service, a lovely house and location; it was clean, well-equipped, and everything worked. The check-in instructions were clear. We were very pleased and would happily stay here again.
