Le Marais Cozy Studio Apartment Free NetFlix

Excellent location

Perfect location a short walk from Gare d'ost. Loads of places eat and drink.. Very clean, had everything we needed for our one night stay. Very clear entry instructions. Very good value overall for the location.

The room is very good value in my view however it is limited for space, particularly once the sofa bed is pulled out. There is no way to tuck the fitted sheet over the top of the sofa bed matress/base so to keep the sheet in place it had to be wrapped around the pillows which wasn't entirely comfortable. Room would work better for a solo traveller just using the overhead bunk bed which would avoid this issue and leave more space free. It was fine though for the one night. There were quite a lot of messages from the host before the trip including instructions to download a door key app which was not then needed and a form requesting arrival and departure times plus other details which, given further messages requesting arrival time, didn't appear to have been read. We're on a trip involving seven different locations in ten days and I wouldn't want this amount of correspondence from each host.

Lo que más me gustó de la propiedad fue que tiene aire acondicionado! Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar una estadía súper agradable. Destaco la ubicación es excelente

Las escaleras con las valijas me costó montón

The location is good—it's right in the center! The neighborhood and the area are nice, and the staff were helpful in explaining how to access the apartment; the apartment itself lacks nothing—aside from being very small—and would actually be quite nice if it were larger.

The place is truly tiny; everything about it is small. You can barely turn around inside the apartment; there isn't even room for a chair—in fact, there isn't one, simply because it wouldn't fit. The mezzanine sleeping area is ridiculously small and low. The bathroom is tiny, too. I only needed to sleep there for a few hours, so it was fine for that purpose, but honestly, I wouldn't really call it an apartment—or even a studio. It’s more like a utility closet, though I realize that’s how things are in central Paris. To be honest, getting into the apartment was a bit of a hassle, too: I had to download an app that turned out to be useless, send a selfie holding my ID, and do other things I don't usually have to deal with when booking a room.
