The view was amazing 👏 Room and decor nice. Patio lovely.

The bed is a very smal double and my husband is a big guy me small. Made it hard for me to sleep and it's squeaky. The carpet needs to go or be deep cleaned. As a asthmatic the carpet and Glen 20 smell was triggering. It smelt of sulfa in the shower. Plus a strange smell on the 22 floor.

Upon arrival the property was extremely clean and very well presented. The corner style balcony was a comfortable fit for two people. The overall size of the apartment was fantastic and it felt very spacious. The lift access was a smooth process and practical. Communication with the booking manager “Ozy” was outstanding and he was exceptionally accomodating with all of our requests and questions prior to arrival. The instructions on how to access the property and the location of the room key were very efficient and easy to understand. The location was superb, walking distance to the Queen Street mall and the Kurilpa Bridge for easy access to Southbank and West End. There was an automated parking facility next door to the apartment which was easy to book and the pricing was very affordable for an overnight stay.

Based on our experience there is nothing we did not like about the property.
