Nice big flat.. roomie kitchen.. AC both in the living room and the sleeping quarters. Beautiful places all around the neighbourhood. Potential to be a 10 with a proper bed and better communication

The communication was sporadic and non-existent at the end. The bed is more like a sofa bed and springs could be felt, so I was considering sleeping on the floor at some point.. You gotta tippy toe not to bother people underneath, because steps in the flat above could be heard like inside the flat.
