Consente di sopravvivere per una notte, è dotato di molti comfort ed è pulito ma.......
Assurdo chiamarla "suite"!!! Sembra uno di quei rifugi antiatomici che costruiscono in America, è totalmente interrato. Rimane tre metri sotto il livello del terreno, si tratta di una cantina riattata a monolocale. È privo di finestre con vista, le uniche che ci sono si affacciano nell'intercapedine della palazzina e si dorme in un divano letto... sicuramente non adatto ai claustrofobici o per trascorrere una vacanza. Per correttezza, nella descrizione, dovrebbe essere specificato.
