All of the staff were incredible! This was my first time ever in mainland China and was a bit nervous And didn't really know how things work yet. But the staff were amazing. Reception team were very helpful and friendly and made me and my girlfriend feel relaxed and comfortable. The manager helped me by driving me to a nearby phone place, because I needed a Sim card (I thought that it would be okay without because I had bought an e-sim , but I needed to have a Chinese phone number or even doing certain very basic things here could not be set up yet, like a travel card to use the subway etc.) The fact that he did this for me , himself- showed how nice he is and he was patient enough to be there while the staff in the phone shop helped me get set up. I've no idea what I would have done without it. Also by the way the breakfast was amazing and the room itself was one of the best I've ever stayed in :) Really recommend this to anyone staying in China!

There was nothing I didn't like. Even the price was extremely affordable. I travel a lot and had just came from both Taiwan and Hong Kong. My hotels in those places were much more expensive than this one. This hotel in Shanghai is very affordable and offers a lot of luxury ✨️ 10 out of 10 and nothing to dislike or complain about when everything was so good and the people were so friendly &hospitable 👍

Lily was brilliant and very helpful. The manager was fantastic for arranging for a birthday cake for my granddaughter’s birthday.

The transport to Disney was only available at 07:00 drop off and pick up at 22:00. Which didn’t give any flexibility. The location but that didn’t matter because the staff and the manager made us so welcome. The facility of transportation could be a little more flexible for Disney.

The staff were very attentive, although the hotel description says they speak English, which isn't the case, making communication difficult. We used a translator, which made communication a little easier. The facilities were in good condition, everything was clean.

The breakfast buffet is supposed to end at 10 am, which isn't true. On two separate occasions, it happened to me that it was 9:30 am and there was almost nothing left, and they didn't replenish what was missing. The service at the buffet was slow, and the food wasn't very varied.
