    Very good at hospitality and also provide airport transfer and provide shuttle to disneyland. Also fast response and very reasonable price for big room. Very very recommended!

    Value for money and excellent service.. All personnels are helpful and kind. They even assisted us in ordering food outside for delivery since we dont have China sim. They also prepared some surprises for my child's birthday celebrant. This is our 2nd time to visit their hotel. They also have laundry area and its free. Everyday free shuttle to Disneyland, airport and MTR Station. Near grocery store and local restaurants and convenient store. Over all was great. Clean room and bedsheets, everyday they change towels, clean the room and refill supplies like water, coffee, etc... Most specially the staff, they are warm and always willing to help. They can understand and translate English. They are easy to communicate using wechat and phone in the room. There are 2 robots that can deliver to your room also . They are organized and reliable. We will come back again to Haofeng Yazhi Hotel next year.

    Location was very misleading showing it as in Shanghai city centre but it’s actually an hour away. We cancelled our stay after one night and got a different hotel in the city. The breakfast was not very nice. Room was nice though.
