The experience was really spoiled by the fact that nobody responded to my text or phone calls. I emailed via booking.com and used the phone number provided but absolutely no response. Arrived at the property with no instructions of how to access and nobody arrived to help us access the property. If a person who lived there had not opened the door and contacted the landlady I do not think we could have gained entry. Very stressful after a 5 hour car journey including the M25.
The facilities were good soap and tower fan appreciated.
General cleanliness good but an old sponge left for washing up not appreciated.
Only one bath towel supplied. No hand towel.
Bedroom floor balls of fluff spoiled the general good appearance.
