Pelican Beach 1611 - Seabreeze Sixteen by Beach Stay Vacations

It was very clean, beautiful location.

Upon arrival 2 staff members appeared irritated/rude. The room I stayed in mentioned a sauna in the room, and a bbq grill as well as 2 living rooms. None of that was there. They send emails from different companies and different phone numbers I wasn’t sure which one to text/contact. It said when I arrive WiFi would be on refrigerator it was not. They also sent a “beach amenity code” but don’t get too excited. It must be for the other property they are living up with this one. Because there is not beach amenity code for the beach chair set up. When I asked them what the beach amenity code was for, I was told “you don’t need a code, just pay to rent the chairs from the people on the beach” Tv remotes battery were out. It is extremely confusing to get the tv going and don’t plan to watch your streaming shows. It doesn’t let you log in for any of it. The bathroom in the bedroom has drainage /plumbing issues. When you shower you have standing water about up to your ankles but even worse, when you turn on the water at first, black pieces backed up into the tub. Yuk! The sink in that bathroom also drain very slow, don’t run it while brushing your teeth. The bunk bed on top is really really uncomfortable. It says not for kids under 6, but it’s not built well for kids over 6.
