Everything was as advertised which met with expectations. The mini-bar is a nice little touch. The location is perfect for proximity to the centre of Brightin. This would be an excellent venue if it offered air conditioning; without this, our sleep suffered.

Clean room, comfortable bed, had everything you need with Mini Fridge treats as extra.
Can be difficult to take suitcase to top floor without a lift.

Location was a short walk to the Lanes. Paid (expensive in Brighton) public car parking was a 5 minute walk. A room in shared property with a room key in lockbox.
Room was cramped, difficulty getting out of bed as bed positioned against wall. No waste bin in room. Shower was extremely hot and the cold water feed didn't appear to be working.

It was a bit hot and the air con took a while to kick in but it did work. Also the shower was a bit confusing but figured it out.
