Deberían informar que es un segundo piso sin ascensor, subir las maletas por la escalera de apenas tiene un metro de ancho puede ser muy complicado para algunas personas, además había obras en piso vecino lo que hacía que a partir de las 8:30 no cesasen los ruidos. Esta información debería trasladarse al cliente
