Had an oceanfront view. Had new kitchen appliances. Unit was clean. Location convenient to shopping and eating. Had strong security presence. Free set of beach chairs and umbrella with unit. Complex had an inside as well as outside pool. Complex had a nice size gym facility. There was an area by outside pool where you order food and drinks.
Reserved parking not on same level as unit. Had to take elevator up five floors to unit. A lot of construction going on at complex. Rather noisy with construction. Beds in unit were very firm.

The area and being on the beach.
A few small things such as the iron need to be replace and the ceiling and the entry door needs updated or painted. The beds were hard. Besides the minor stuff, it was nice.
