The lady at reception is very good, helpful and has an excellent skill in customer service.
The bed was comfortable and blankets were very clean..room size ok, TV working well, good location near OR Tambo airport . Because it's in Johannesburg, for your safety use Uber taxi when going out especially late hours
They must maybe add a kettle in the room for tea/coffee. It will add more value to the room

Fica próximo do aeroporto, a recepcionista é muito simpática agradável e disponível! Me ajudou me emprestando um adaptador de tomadas para carregar meu celular. O preço é bom!
O ralo do banheiro está entupido e a água não escoa. Fiquei em 2 quartos e nos dois aconteceu isso, e a torneira da pia sai pouquíssima água. São dois pontos que necessitam de reparo.

Generally it was clean
No heater or heating system the room was very cold. Just one small towel. No jacuzzi as indicated. The amenities are not as shown or indicated that is misleading
