Die Aussicht aufs Meer, eine grosse Terrasse mit Tisch und Liegestühlen zur Benutzung, eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspühl- und Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Zentrum und Strand in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Duschkabine hat ihr Betriebsende erreicht, erscheint trotz Reinigung nicht mehr ansprechend und ist für mein Hygieneempfinden nicht mehr gut für eine Vermietung für Gäste geeignet. Hier wäre eine Erneuerung sicher eine gute Investition.

• Great location: Close to the center of Noli and the beach. • Easy self check-in. • Dedicated parking space. • Terrace with a partial sea view. • Kitchen equipped with utensils, dishes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, etc. • Spacious layout with two full bedrooms.

Walking into the apartment felt like visiting my great-grandmother's house in the countryside as a child. It wasn't the interior that reminded me of this feeling the most, but the smell, which didn't disappear throughout our entire trip (4 nights) – we hoped it might air out, but unfortunately, it didn't :(. The worst situation was in one of the bedrooms, the bathroom, and the hallway. The main bedroom and the kitchen were bearable, but not ideal. It felt as if the grandmother had just moved out and her grandson started renting the apartment as-is the very next week. The Bad: • Bad smell inside the apartment • Bad smell right as you step out of the kitchen doors onto the terrace (luckily, it disappears near the dining table). • Old, outdated furniture (feels like antiques). • Photos on Booking.com do not reflect reality. • Only one toilet paper roll was provided for 4 people for 4 nights. • No shower supplies/toiletries provided. • No air conditioning (only fans were available - this was specified on Booking, so that was fine). With a bit of investment and proper care, this could be a decent place to stay, as most drawbacks would be tolerable if not for the smell. I think the smell problem is caused by using an ammonia-based cleaner (which I found in the kitchen). Unfortunately, this stay significantly impacted our vacation. Thankfully, Italy's great food and wine can lift your spirits and fix almost any situation – attitude is everything!
