The Pearl Villa - Sunset & Oceanfront Villa

The view was stunning since the property is right beside the sea. It’s super convenient and easily accessible to the boat boarding area, making activities like snorkeling effortless. Loved how peaceful, private, and secure it felt being inside a gated community!

The property was a bit underwhelming compared to the photos, appearing a little dull in person. A few key issues impacted our stay: • Amenities & Service: Service was a bit slow. We requested a replacement for the barbecue grill (which was listed as available), but it wasn't replaced, so we couldn't do any BBQ during our stay. We also requested a toaster replacement, which was eventually taken care of. • Kitchen & Cleanliness: Some kitchen utensils have aged significantly and need replacing. There were also cleanliness issues, particularly with sticky/dirty kitchen cupboard handles. • Outdoor Area: The outdoor sofas need a deep clean and should be kept much tidier. • House Layout Notice: There should be a clear mention in the listing that all 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor (requires climbing stairs), which is crucial information for older guests or those with mobility issues. • Garbage & Housekeeping Policy: There needs to be clear transparency regarding cleaning service. Trash collection and maintenance only come if you book for 7+ days. Since we stayed for 5 days, there was no housekeeping or garbage removal at all during our stay.
