Secondo letto piccolissimo e finestre altrettanto piccole

Das Frühstück war für rumänische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Guter Kaffee und frische Tomaten,Gurken und Paprika. Außerdem frisches Obst. Geräumiges Zimmer mit einer perfekten Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist genial nur knappe 5 min. zu Fuß in einen Park oder knappe 10 min zu Fuß in die belebte Innenstadt.

Der Toilettendeckel war nur mit einer Schraube fest, sehr wackelig. Der Duschabfluss war mehr oder weniger verstopft. Mehr Ablage im Bad wären wünschenswert.

μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία, ήταν 15' περπάτημα από την Piata Romana, ήσυχη γειτονιά, καθαρή. Το πρωινό ήταν επαρκές για να τσιμπήσεις κάτι και να ξεκινήσεις την ημέρα σου. I liked the location; it was a 15-minute walk from Piața Romană, in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Overall, the accommodation was very quiet. The breakfast was adequate to have a bite and start your day.

Ότι όλα γίνονται μέσω εφαρμογής και δεν υπάρχει προσωπικό να σε βοηθήσει. Στην περίπτωσή μας η εφαρμογή δεν λειτούργησε και αν δεν έβγαινε από την κεντρική είσοδο της αυλής η καθαρίστρια, δεν θα είχαμε τρόπο να λάβουμε τον κωδικό της πόρτας για να μπούμε. Το ίδιο και με το δωμάτιο, αφού δεν λειτουργούσε η εφαρμογή, δεν ξέραμε σε ποιο δωμάτιο είμαστε ούτε τον κωδικό της πόρτας του δωματίου. Ευτυχώς που βρέθηκε η καθαρίστρια, πολύ ευγενική και μιλούσε Αγγλικά και μας βοήθησε με τους κωδικούς!!! Επίσης δεν μας άρεσε ότι από τη Δευτέρα που καθαρίστηκε το δωμάτιο για να μπούμε μέχρι την Παρασκευή που φύγαμε, δεν μπήκαν ούτε για να μαζέψουν τα χαρτιά του μπάνιου!!! Έπρεπε να το ζητήσουμε και αυτό μέσω της εφαρμογής; Με ποιο τρόπο αφού δεν λειτουργούσε; Η κοινή λογική κάνει και αυτή διακοπές...... The fact that everything is done through an app and there is no staff available to assist you. In our case, the app wasn’t working, and if the cleaner hadn’t happened to come out of the main entrance to the courtyard, we would have had no way of getting the door code to enter. The same applied to our room: since the app wasn’t working, we didn’t know which room we had been assigned or the door code to access it. Luckily, the cleaner was there—she was very kind, spoke English, and helped us with all the codes! We also didn’t like the fact that, after the room was cleaned before our arrival on Monday, nobody came in again until we checked out on Friday—not even to empty the bathroom bin!!! Were we supposed to request that through the app as well? And how were we supposed to do that when the app wasn’t working? Apparently, common sense was on holiday too…
