First rental of a newly renovated 2 bedroom apt., close to the city centre, clean, well equipped, everything new and qualitative. The agency was very responsive: we needed a safety gate for the stairs as we were travelling with a young chair, they had it installed the next day. We asked for a coat stand, they delivered one the next day. The sofa is also comfortable to sleep on.
The street parking is a bit restrictive (4h max between 8:00-16:00), but you’ll always find a spot and there’s unlimited parking on a nearby road. Access by foot to the city centre is very convenient. Small bits I think they will improve with time, like window not full opening in one bedroom, or timely guidance for recycling.
