Location , wide and calm place and amenities
الموقع وهدوء المكان وحجمه اضافة الى توفر مستلزمات الحمام
I had a very bad experience.
It was not ready when we arrive ,, they ask us to wait one more hour , I was with my kids and it was too hot at 3:30 which is our time to enter the villa .
The stuff are rude , they are not cooperative and strict .
The pool was too dirty ,, full of insects , leaves Foods etc ,
The water not clean at all
كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا.
لم تكن الفيلا جاهزة عند وصولنا، وطلبوا منا الانتظار ساعة إضافية، رغم أن وقت تسجيل الدخول إلى الفيلا كان الساعة 3:30 عصرًا. كنت برفقة أطفالي، وكان الجو حارًا جدًا.
كان طاقم العمل غير ودود، وغير متعاون، وكانوا صارمين في تعاملهم.
كان المسبح متسخًا جدًا، ومليئًا بالحشرات والأوراق وبقايا الطعام وغيرها من الأوساخ.
كما أن مياه المسبح لم تكن نظيفة على الإطلاق
