The location was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. It was within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything we needed, making it very convenient to get around.
The issues were not with the property itself, but with the specific unit we stayed in. Although we appreciated being allowed an early check-in, the front bedroom received little to no airflow from the central air conditioning system, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. I had to relocate to the living room for comfort. Additionally, the linens appeared dirty, the floors were not properly cleaned upon arrival, and some of the towels did not seem clean. We also did not receive any follow-up communication from the host during our stay or after regarding these concerns despite having paid upfront for the stay and sending an email informing them of the problems we had encountered.
