Ok location. Cool older “cabin” with a hot tub.

It’s superficially clean. It smells dusty, and once you look behind or above anything- you’ll see the dust everywhere. The lower level AC unit had a “filter” light on and wouldn’t operate. I opened the cover and cleaned the very dusty filter. All the AC units need their louvers(?) cleaned. The parking is a little confusing at first. It would be nice to have an entrance on the lower level where you actually park. You can’t park at the top- near the main door. The road is one way. You have to take the long way in every time, which probably isn’t passable for vehicles with less ground clearance. My Miata barely made it.

This is the second time my family stayed here. 1st-Winter, this time 4th of July summer! Being tucked away up the mountain is so nice. We grilled, cooked breakfast, watched movies, the cabin has a great amenities. Bryson city, Cherokee, and water access for swimming/fishing is close by. We really enjoyed our adventure! I have to mention the fireworks were sooooo good! Bryson city showed out all weekend! We even got to see and join the PowWow in Cherokee. Very memorable weekend!

The kitchen (especially the oven) could have been cleaner. The picnic table outside needs to be replaced.
