We stayed at this property for 3 days, and unfortunately the experience was extremely poor. Basic hospitality standards were not met at all.
Rooms were not clean at the time of check-in.
There was seepage in the rooms, giving a damp and unhygienic feeling.
TV was not working throughout our stay.
Blankets and bedsheets were dirty, and one of the bedsheets even had burnt holes, which is completely unacceptable.
The washroom layout is unsafe – there is a pillar inside the bathing area, making it very difficult to shower properly and posing a risk of injury, especially for children or elderly guests.
Seen flies over dustbin in room.
A basic amenity like an electric kettle was not provided for the first 2 days. We received it only on the third day after multiple follow-ups, which shows a complete lack of service responsiveness.
The mattress quality was very poor, uncomfortable, and can easily cause back pain. Proper rest was impossible.
Most importantly, the owner seemed completely unconcerned about the condition of the property or guest complaints. No effort was made to resolve issues.
For a 3-day stay, the basic needs were missing, and the overall experience felt neglected and unsafe. This property does not justify the cost and cannot be recommended to families or anyone expecting a comfortable stay.
⚠️ Strongly advise future travelers to reconsider before booking this hotel.
Only consider this property if you are getting it at under 600.
Bonus: If you are a sole traveller you won't feel lonely, as whole day and night you will get pigeons company and they will become nightingle for you at night.

We booked triple superior room but after check-in, they provide us Hotel staff room and said another rooms are not available due to no choice. We have to accept it after that the room is stinking, very bad, mouses and cockroaches are everywhere and whole night. The washroom is stinking very bad after complaining this issues in the reception, they ignored . Also, the television was not working. I booked from Agoda and then the customer care is also not helping us. we don’t get any refund and support from Agoda team. Finally, I want to say this, Hotel is totally scamming with Online customers.
