Good location, clear instructions on how to enter the property

Bedding was not clean when I arrived, looked and smelt like it had been slept in. Host told me to take bedding off the washing line and use this to remake the bed! Very basic place, mattress was also dirty and uncomfortable, can feel all springs. Had to clean the bathroom before I could use it. I understand I don’t pay for the Ritz but basic cleanliness is not too much to ask!
