Good Wi-Fi Good welcome pack Actual accommodation small just about adequate.Owner phoned prior to arrival re access however never met.Reasonably clean could be better although it did smell rather doggie, Bed sheets were marked Towels were clean .Plenty of free parking,small enclosed garden

Very very noisy right by main access metal electrical sliding gate to main fishery lakes constantly in use 24 hours a day cars left running at gate ,loud music coming from cars, vans in out day night albeit fishery claims to restrict overnight access which is totally untrue.The fishery also has full time residents in ports cabins plus static caravan with in the main gate entrance who again have no consideration for paying guests The studio is also situated six meters from the main toilet block in use 24 hours a day by fishermen (very disconcerting ) for guests staying in studio especially with the main toilet block window of the toilet one meter square looking into the garden plus towards the side of studios toilet opening.Whilst the gate for the studio garden is lockable it’s very disconcerting for females staying in the studio. It’s not a farm it’s a fishery leisure facility in use 24 hours a day . The workshops for the farm are also used as storage units 24 hours a day and again noisy Previous guests made note of airfield/aircraft noise which was in use(not a problem for us) therefore was NOT an issue unlike the fishery main gate 24 hours and the inconsiderate users of the fishery lakes access .Definitely NOT peaceful Definitely not quite therefore will Definitely NOT be staying again
