Karavel Suites - Old Town Boutique Rooms

This is honestly my first time writing a review on Booking, but our stay was so exceptional that I really felt the need to share our experience this time! 🥹 We stayed for 2 nights in the suite with the jacuzzi terrace and 2 nights in the suite with the private entrance and jacuzzi. Both were absolutely amazing - spotlessly clean, modern, beautifully decorated, and with air conditioning that worked perfectly. Everything felt truly luxurious, and don’t even get me started on the bed…hands down the most comfortable mattress and pillows we’ve ever slept on! The bathroom was just as great. Having quality shampoo, conditioner, and even body lotion provided was such a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. There was genuinely everything we could possibly need. Whenever we had questions, our host was incredible, super responsive, attentive, and helpful with every detail. He even surprised us with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, which made the whole experience feel extra special. 🥰 We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

We had our breakfast at the little family bar & café directly outside. It was very reasonably priced and the owners were lovely people! The apartment is easy to get to, we arrived on the ferry from Turkey and walked it in under 10 minutes. Everything is close by and the old town is wonderful.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The family who runs Karavel Suites checked in on me personally every single day, which made me feel genuinely looked after rather than just another guest. They put together a thoughtful book of local recommendations that went far beyond the usual tourist spots — it was clear it came from real knowledge and care for the island, not a generic printout. The location right in the heart of Old Town made it easy to explore on foot, and the room itself was beautifully done.

Honestly nothing

The property has lovely decor, exactly like the pictures. Hot tub is very private and lovely to sit out at night. Roof terrace is also a nice spot to sit out with a drink.
