Very comfortable and cleaned well. There are two supermarkets near to this villa. It was convenient to arrive from Haneda and Narita both airports. Local buses showed good transportation to railways. Enough number of beds. Host was quickly replied when we had questions by emails. Even during this high humidity season, there’s a coin-laundry nearby, so we were able to dry our clothes straight away after the washing. (The washing machine itself was equipped this villa.)

We had an excellent stay at this property. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our visit. The owner provided outstanding communication before and during our stay, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe, which made it a great place to relax after busy days exploring Tokyo. The location was also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven just a 3-minute walk away and Shin-Shibamata Station only 5 minutes away on foot, providing easy access to the rest of the city. Overall, this property offers great value and convenience for visitors to Tokyo. I would highly recommend it, especially for short stays, and would happily stay here again in the future.
