Good location on a quiet part of the beachfront. Fantastic swimming pool with waterfall feature behind. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating which gave a good amount of privacy despite the property being on the beach. Good breakfast provided by the on-site staff of two. It is a relatively short drive (around 10 minutes) to the town of Lamai with all of it's restaurants and bars - you definitely need a car to enjoy what the area has to offer beyond the lovely facilities of the villa.
Easier access to washing machine facilities would have been helpful but this was a minor inconvenience overall.
