We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment and can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is brand new and looks exactly like the photos—modern, spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like a luxury hotel, yet with the comfort of being at home. The owner is exceptional. Whenever we needed anything, he was always available, kind, and happy to help. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We have been visiting Larnaca for the past four years, and this is the very first apartment that left us completely satisfied. We stayed for 15 days and, to be honest, we almost wished we could take the apartment home with us! The location may seem a little farther from the beach, but if you have a rental car, it is absolutely not an issue. There is a church just across the road, private parking right next to the building, and a bakery, cafés, and shops all within a short walk. Everything you need is nearby, and the area is peaceful and convenient. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit Larnaca. If we return in the future, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for making our holiday so comfortable and memorable!

We honestly have nothing negative to say—only praise. We stayed here as a family of four, and every single one of us was delighted. The children loved it, and so did we. The apartment is spacious, with two beautiful bathrooms, two large and comfortable bedrooms, a lovely balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. One thing we especially appreciated was the privacy. You have the entire floor to yourself, with no neighbours on the same level, making the stay peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was stocked with absolutely everything we could need—plenty of toilet paper, fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel, cooking oil, vinegar, and many other thoughtful essentials.... It truly felt like a home away from home. The welcome was exceptional. The owners had prepared a bottle of wine, glasses, snacks, and cold water in the refrigerator. Since we arrived late at night with our children, this thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. They even provided beach toys for our child, which was such a kind and unexpected surprise. If it were possible to give a rating higher than 10, we would gladly do so. This apartment deserves the highest possible score. We have absolutely no complaints—only sincere gratitude and our warmest recommendations. Thank you for making our family holiday so perfect. We will definitely be back!
