About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home in this large and charming studio of 33 m2 in the center of le Marais. It is overlooking a beautiful garden in a historical building from the 17th century located on a quiet street . it is accessed by an old paved courtyard with trees and plants and it feels like you are in the countryside. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator of a small building. Guests enjoy a peaceful space featuring a large living room, an open kitchen, a full bed and a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. The apartment is very pleasant with its large volume, its high ceiling height of 3 meters, its old wood beams and its parquet floor. It is also very convenient as there are a lot of groceries shops and restaurants just 2 minutes away on rue de Bretagne. You can walk everywhere from the apartment ; it is right in the center of Paris and just 10 minutes walk to the Seine river. It is a non smoking apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at Florence’s lovely apartment in the heart of the Marais—truly one of the best areas in Paris. The space was generous, beautifully laid out, and impeccably clean, with everything thoughtfully appointed for a comfortable and easy stay. It felt like such a treat to call it home, even just for a short while—I only wish I could have stayed longer!Florence was a fantastic host—warm, communicative, and incredibly accommodating, which made the whole experience feel seamless and welcoming. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-located base in Paris.
