Other Things to Note:

Pet-Friendly

House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please register your pets in the reservation and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.



Guest Limit

Only registered guests are allowed at the property.

From the 7th guest onward, a $39 per guest per night fee applies.

The fourth bedroom is unlocked for groups of 8 or more guests.



Fire Place

Please note that we do not advertise the fireplace as an amenity for the home since it's not available.



No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings, or unapproved events are not allowed.



Hot Tub Maintenance

The hot tub is professionally serviced twice per week during summer and once per week during the rest of the year to ensure it remains clean and safe.



Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests may smoke outside and must dispose of cigarette butts properly.



Smart TVs

Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. Please remember to log out of your accounts before checkout.



Wi-Fi

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. There is no cable TV.



Landscaping & Pest Control

Landscaping is performed once per week, and pest control service is performed monthly. Please contact us if you encounter any issues.



Security Cameras

For security purposes, there are two exterior cameras:

• One at the front door overlooking the yard

• One facing the garage and driveway



These cameras record 24/7.

There are no cameras inside the home.

Violating house rules may result in reservation cancellation, loss of the security deposit, and no refunds.
