Spacious 6th-floor apartment on the promenade with beautiful sea views. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. Modern living room with open kitchen and breathtaking sea views. 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and separate toilet, and a smaller one with shower and washbasin. Both bedrooms open onto a large rear terrace overlooking the hinterland.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
