Looking for a peaceful getaway? This beautiful Gold Canyon property offers the quiet & tranquility you're looking for. Located in beautiful Gold Canyon, known for its saguaro cactus, majestic mountain surroundings, & a golf community.
Our home is just over 3000sf, it has 4 bedrooms total, 3 full bathrooms & a half bath. 3 bedrooms & 3 baths are in the main house, and there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and private entrance (casita). The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. We also have a roll-away bed available (suitable for a child or small adult). There is a washer & dryer available for guests to use.
There is a large dining room with seating for 8, there is also a dinette in the kitchen with seating for 4 and bar seating for 4.
The kitchen is spacious with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop & oven. Basic pots/pans, dishes etc. We have a Keurig coffee maker and provide you with a startup supply of coffee.
Our living room is spacious and open to the kitchen, and we also have a cozy den for you to enjoy, with 2 sofas and a TV.
Towels & linens are provided, as well as a startup of soap/shampoo.
Outside we have a covered patio with seating, a large pergola with BBQ, refrigerator and bar seating. Our pool/swim-spa is 18 ft in length; it can be used as a pool or can be heated to your desired comfort at no additional fee. There is golfing, restaurants and great hiking trails nearby.
We do not allow SMOKING, PETS, or loud PARTIES at this property, this is a quiet/peaceful neighborhood not intended for noisy parties/events.
There is parking directly on the property (driveway), The garage is not available to guests at this time, as it is currently occupied with the owner's belongings.
