This well-maintained vacation home has been designed with great attention to detail, both inside and out. It measures approximately 65 square meters and is equipped to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The beautiful vacation home features a brick barbecue on the spacious terrace, which is equipped with a retractable awning.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room but separated by a partition.
The vacation home also has a second restroom accessible from the outside, which is convenient when the children are playing outside. An attached utility room with a washing machine, freezer, and space for a clothes rack is also part of the vacation home.
The vacation home is suitable for year-round stays. Here you can spend the best days of the year in the relaxing North Sea climate.
On the north side of the swimming lake, there are two swimming areas with an artificial sandy beach, a separate non-swimmer zone, a paved swimming island, and supervision by the DLRG (German Life Saving Association). There’s also a very large playground nearby with a giant slide and a climbing ship, as well as soccer, basketball, and volleyball courts. This vacation park is also perfect for walks. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the vacation home. There are several snack stands and a restaurant on the dike. The dike has a large staircase. Many benches invite you to watch the ships.
