About this apartment rental
The ground-floor Jacoby vacation rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the popular coastal town of Horumersiel and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea. Despite its pleasantly quiet location, the town center—with its bakery, souvenir shops, restaurants, and a variety of shopping options—as well as Horumersiel Beach are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The vacation rental is located on the first floor of a well-maintained two-family house, has a separate entrance, and offers a comfortable temporary home with approximately 40 square meters of living space.
The apartment features a bright, friendly, and contemporary style. The cozy living room invites you to relax and is equipped with a satellite TV. From here, you have direct access to the spacious terrace, which is perfect for relaxing, especially in the evening. Enjoy the last rays of sunshine here with a glass of wine and take in the unobstructed view across the adjacent fields toward Crildumersiel, which creates a particularly relaxing atmosphere.
The small but well-equipped kitchenette is fully furnished and features an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The adjacent dining area offers a cozy spot for shared meals. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet; a hair dryer is also available for your use. The bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, invites you to enjoy restful nights and offers a pleasant retreat after eventful days on vacation.
The entire apartment can be easily darkened using electric exterior blinds, providing additional comfort. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house, rounding out the amenities. The Jacoby vacation apartment combines modern amenities, a quiet location, and easy access to the beach and town center, offering the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation for two on the North Sea.
