This spacious vacation home offers 180 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy relaxing moments in the well-maintained garden with shady palm trees, on the waterfront patio, or on the terrace, where a BBQ grill is available for social evenings. The private swimming pool, which can be electrically heated if desired, invites you to enjoy refreshing moments.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and combines comfort with functionality: The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker—everything you need for a carefree stay. Fresh linens are provided, as are a washer and dryer. A TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment.
A private parking space is available right in front of the house.
Explore the surrounding area with the provided bicycles or the house’s own kayaks. Of course, you can also rent a boat and set sail right from the property’s private dock.
