About this house rental

This 2-bedroom, 2 bath house is perfect for your escape to Maryville. Inside, guests find in Roomd 1: a king bed with a DreamCloud mattress; Room 2: queen bed, and an raised twin-sized air bed, perfect for a child, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or friends. The house is very clean and stocked with everything needed for a short vacation or extended stay. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, ples remote controled ceiling fans & lights so guests feel right at home no matter the season. Washer & dryer are also available to keep your wardrobe fresh. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this excellent spot has everything you need. Enjoy lots of natural light throughout the house or take in the fresh air on the front porch or large back deck. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place or make it your home for a month or more.

Pet Policy: Additional pet fee. Only dogs allowed, a maximum of 2 dogs whi each weigh less than 50 lbs. Pers not allowed on the beds. I know we love our babies but not all guests appreciate sharing beds with furry friends. Do not leave your pets in the home unattended unless they vare crated. No crate or doggie door available.
