Tucked away in a peaceful setting, this retreat combines the historic charm of exposed stone walls, timber beams, and original farmhouse features with high-end, modern comforts. Perfect for families, couples, or friends, Petryal promises both relaxation and adventure.
The entrance opens into a warm, inviting living space, where exposed beams and an original wood-burning stove set the mood for cosy nights. Sink into plush sofas with a good book or a glass of wine, basking in the fire's glow after a day in the Welsh countryside. Around the corner, the farmhouse kitchen invites you to create hearty meals with top-notch appliances, all framed by rustic wooden cabinetry and charming accents.
The sleeping arrangements are a treat in themselves. The master bedroom features a grand four-poster king-size bed, perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. Two more bedrooms offer a double bed and two singles, each room decorated with classic touches that make you feel instantly at home. Wake to views of lush countryside, fresh air, and the tranquil sounds of nature.
The bathrooms are a blend of heritage charm and luxury. The main bath features a shower over a stone-walled tub—ideal for soaking in farmhouse elegance. There's also a massive power shower in the second bathroom, so you can start each day refreshed and ready for adventure.
Outside, Petryal truly shines. Step onto the expansive patio, where a hot tub awaits under open skies, perfect for stargazing or unwinding after a long walk. The spacious and enclosed garden offers a safe area for pets to roam freely and a beautiful spot to relax with a morning coffee. The outdoor dining setup is ideal for barbecues, so you can enjoy local Welsh produce with family and friends as the sun sets over the hills.
Petryal is also a wonderful choice for pet owners, with easy access to scenic walking trails and plenty of open space for pets to explore. From the garden, gaze out over the rolling hills, with the calls of nature providing the soundtrack to your stay.
We’re happy to welcome 2 well-behaved dogs. Please keep them supervised at all times and don’t leave them unattended. To keep the space comfy for everyone, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. Feel free to bring their favourite bed, blanket, and anything else to make them feel at home! To keep your furry companions safe, we recommend not leaving them unattended in the garden and always keeping a watchful eye on them during their outdoor adventures.
