About this house rental
In the lovely setting of Santa Maria di Leuca, just a few steps from the sea, stands a brand modern complex, recently built, featuring several apartments.Parking available on the street.
The vacation home has an access staircase with several steps and develops courtyard and house on a single floor, lowered compared to the road surface.
Externally it has a table and chairs for eating outdoors and two sunbeds, as well as a convenient electric awning for sunny days. Inside, air-conditioned living area with a double sofa bed, large TV, kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator and dining table. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable queen size bedroom with AC and direct access to the veranda. Finally, a large bathroom complete with services and shower box, equipped with an ventilation fan.
Fully fenced accomodation. Parking area outdoor on the street.
Ideal location for snorkeling, diving and adventure lovers: just 100 meters from home you can dive into crystal clear waters and discover the most beautiful sea caves along the Ionian coast.
For the less daring, you can walk along the seafront just over 500 meters away and enjoy an apertivo in different bath clubs or reach by car the sandy beaches a few km away.
