It is a former winegrower's stable renovated in 2019 in a loft workshop style, the volumes are very imposing. The house is located in a small quiet street, you have a parking space in front of the house. You enter through a charming entrance which leads to the main room, a cathedral dining room and its fully equipped kitchen, Through the bay window you access the outdoor courtyard with a dining area and its barbecue, a deckchair, and a lawn area. Upstairs a living room office area of 35m2, 2 bedrooms with cupboard, shower room.
Located in the village of Pouzolles 20km north of Béziers, with its very pretty castle, a magnificent esplanade in the shade of plane trees. This village has a very well stocked bakery, a brasserie café for an aperitif or a meal on the terrace as well as a tobacconist's shop. You will be 30 minutes max from the beaches and ideally placed for hikes such as the Pic du Vissou, the olive dam ... etc. But also 10 minutes from Pézenas and its pedestrian streets. 20km from the city center of Béziers, a city to discover or rediscover.
