This lovingly furnished vacation rental is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation. In a small but well-designed space, you’ll find a cozy atmosphere with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The living and sleeping areas are bright and comfortable, the small kitchen is fully equipped, and the modern bathroom rounds out the amenities.

The apartment was extensively renovated in 2023 with great attention to detail.
Centrally located on Robert-Roloff-Straße, the town center of Braunlage is less than a 5-minute walk away.
The Wurmberg aerial cableway, restaurants, bars, a bakery, and shops are all within a few minutes’ walk (5–10 minutes)
The Braunlage Tanner Straße bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the Kobel 25 vacation rental, while the Hasselkopflift aerial cableway is less than a 10-minute walk away.
The one-bedroom apartment is located 600 meters from the Eichhörnchenbrunnen. 🚨Important Information🚨
The city of Braunlage charges a visitor’s tax of €3.05 per adult and €1.70 per child.
(Children under 6 are exempt)
This must be paid on-site or can be transferred in advance.
In exchange, you’ll receive a guest card that offers several discounts and allows you to use public transportation throughout the Harz region (HATIX) for free.
Final cleaning is included in the price at a cost of 50€.
A laundry set can be booked optionally per person:
- 1 set of bed linens, including a fitted sheet
- 1 large bath towel
- 1 small hand towel
- 1 bath mat
Complete set: 26€ per person
Towel set only: 13€ per person
Bedding set only (including sheets): 13€

The Harz National Park is approximately 4 kilometers from the 30 m² Kobel 25 vacation apartment, while the Braunlage ski slope is nearby. The apartment offers parking for guests arriving by car.
