The Real Sitio bungalow in Calpe is perfect for a relaxed family holiday. It has all the amenities, and easy walking access to supermarkets and restaurants.
Accommodation distribution:
With 140 m² of accommodation and south-east orientation, it has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. It is distributed over two floors connected by a beautiful interior wooden staircase with a total of 16 steps. On the main floor you will find a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning. A full bathroom with shower and an open-plan kitchen to the living room with a beautiful bar for sitting that will allow you to cook or prepare your aperitif whilst conversing with your family or friends. On the first floor we find a master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 m, air conditioning and a small terrace where magnificent afternoon sun enters with a full en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Finally on this floor we have a full bathroom with bathtub. The entire house has free Internet access (wifi).

On the exterior of the property we find two terrace areas, a front one with a table for eating or dining outside and a back patio with garden sofas to relax with your family. From the back patio you will find a locked door that leads to a private communal hallway where you can access the communal swimming pool which is located about 30 metres from the house. The swimming pool is large in size and has a small shallow children's pool for the youngest members of the house, two showers and two rest areas with benches to relax or read in a very peaceful environment.
