GHARDAIA RITA is a charming apartment just steps from the sea, within a recently built condominium complex, carefully furnished and functionally designed to accommodate travelers from all over the world. The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a living area with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a small terrace. The living area features a sofa and armchair for relaxing, and the fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, moka pot, kettle, utensils, and a dining table. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. A charming balcony with a coffee table completes the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There are custom-made wardrobes and cabinets to store your belongings. Bed linens, blankets, and towels are provided. An iron and hairdryer are also available. Underfloor heating and cooling are controlled by a centralized system; there are NO split units or radiators in the apartment. There is a free parking lot outside the building. GHARDAIA RITA can accommodate up to two people and is ideal for couples, friends, and business travelers. The house is cleaned at the end of each stay. Located at Via Pazienza 3, in front of the building is a beautiful park where you can relax and take a stroll. The Pescara trolleybus stop on Strada Parco is close by, providing access to the city center in just a few minutes.

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Please note that the heating and cooling is underfloor and controlled by a control unit, so there are NO splits or radiators in the house.
