🎉 No Parties or Loud Noise – Please respect neighbors and follow quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. $200 fine for noise complaints.

🐶 No Pets Allowed – Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine.

🔑 Lost Fob Fee: $150
🅿️ Lost Parking Pass Fee: $50

🛠️ Damage & Excessive Cleaning Fees – Any damage beyond normal wear or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges based on repair or cleaning costs.

📲 Follow All Building Rules – Any violations of building policies may result in additional fines or removal from the property.


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.

These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.
