About this house rental
Casa Gaviota 2 offers the same functional design and prime location as its sister property, just 400 meters from Playa Negra and minutes from downtown Puerto Viejo. It is located within a fully gated property that also houses other lodging units and the housekeeping staff’s operations center, ensuring constant attention and a well-maintained environment throughout your stay.
It sleeps up to 7 people and features two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top). Each bedroom has air conditioning and a full bathroom; the master bedroom also features a desk ideal for remote work. The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the dining area, and the living room features a Smart TV with IPTV. You’ll also find a BBQ area with a charcoal grill and parking for two vehicles (one on-site and one off-site). Plus, pets are more than welcome!
