We had amazing views from the expansive balcony of our room. The property was clean, well kept, the pool beautiful and clean. The Host made the process seamless and was just a text away if we had any questions. Highly recommend, and look forward to staying here again!

It was a slow start to our trip… the door code and beach access codes were wrong… no one was in the office at 3:30 and after to ask about the codes.. called the number given and they quickly resolved our issues… over all I would give a 4/5 rating

First time staying here and booking through Vrbo.
I will say the balcony, even being on the second floor had a decent view of the pool and beach, the only issues was there were no curtains to block the view from outside to the balcony just glass slide doors. The two bunk beds had no ladder to access the top bed. My family and I also didn’t know if the AC was working or maybe Florida was just really hot but it never seemed to cool down the entire unit especially at night time which was primary the only time we were there. I put 3 stars for communication with owner because we didn’t speak to anyone before or after check out. The owners communicated everything through text message once with all information corresponding our stay before we arrived. Over all our time in Panama City Beach was pleasant. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
