PARKING NOTE!! If you are rejecting this rental due to driveway ADA markings please don't. There is parking at SIDE OF DRIVEWAY IN THE GRASS or at the EMD OF ADA markings. THIS IS NOT AN ADA house. White County Indiana forced me to put that on the driveway even though my house is not ADA. I believe the county is trying to stop short term rentals! If you stay at my house I will provide a $25 restaurant gift certificate because of this IRRITATION.

This home is located in quiet addition south of Monticello that is near Monticello's attractions but far enough away to get a restful nights sleep. Relax in this 3-bedroom home in Monticello. Features a living room, kitchen, laundry ,bath, three beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this convenient house provides a welcoming retreat. Appreciate the year-round heat and AC. An iron is also available as well as a stand. After a day at Indiana Beach or enjoying the lakes it is a quiet place to wind down. Enjoy all that Monticello has to offer when you stay at our place.

The house is located at the end of the street. No house to the north or south for seclusion and privacy.

North is a cornfield. South is a lot. The road is in the front of the house that is lightly traveled. East is a tree line. In the the morning the front porch is shaded and in the afternoon the back deck is private and shaded. Quiet is a key word with this house.

There is no crime in this area but there are security cameras on the outside of the home for complete security.

The County forced me to put an ADA parking spot in the driveway. The rental itself is not ADA accessible. I believe it is to stifle short term rentals in Indiana. But I own the lot next to the property. If you are worried about parking in driveway you can park in the grass next to driveway if you want to be close to the house. There is a security light on the corner that illuminates the whole driveway. This parking will be marked separately to make it clear where the parking is.
