Step inside and be greeted by expansive windows framing sparkling water views. The open-concept living area makes it easy to entertain, unwind, or gather after a full day on the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped for large dinner parties and entertaining. The five private bedrooms provide sleeping accommodations for up to 15 guests. If the three private full bathrooms aren`t enough; two of the bedrooms offers vanity sinks in the rooms.

The home is located minutes from the iconic Spillway Drive-in and Gingham Inn restaurants. Along with two boat ramps, two parks, and a public sand beach. Just a short drive into down you`ll find local shops, dining, coffee shops, bait shops. Whether you`re here for boating, fishing, swimming, or relaxing by the water, this home delivers the full lake-life experience.

There is parking space for up to 4+ vehicles in the driveway.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

This professional managed Lake Okoboji vacation rental is brought to you by Okoboji Vacation Co., a locally owned and operated company, dedicated to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
