The apartment has a shared barbecue in a separate room, 10 meters from the apartment. In front of the house, there is parking for 4 passenger cars. It is not suitable for wheelchair users, as there are 4 steps from the parking area to the entrance, then a flat section, and another 4 steps. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. The owners live on the third floor and have their own entrance.
The bus stop for Trogir is 100 meters away. Boat rentals are available at three locations, the nearest one 30 meters away. Sports facilities are available at Hotel Medena, 16 km away. A tourist boat departs 500 meters away and offers trips to Mali Drvenik, the Blue Lagoon on Veliki Drvenik (with lunch included), and Maslinica on the island of Šolta. In Vinišće, it is possible to purchase a recreational fishing license.
