This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was thoughtfully curated to create the perfect setting for a memorable beach vacation - whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or your canine companions.
At the heart of the home, you’ll find a warm and inviting great room that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one comfortable gathering space. Designed with connection in mind, this central hub is perfect for movie nights on the Smart TV, catching up on your favorite shows, or simply enjoying each other’s company. High-speed wireless internet keeps you as connected as you’d like to be, but if unplugging is your vacation goal, there’s plenty of space to do that too. Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy - no fee! 3rd dog permitted with payment of $375+tax pet fee. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

We had a few mishaps with checking in. We didn’t pay for early check in but were told we could check in early if the property was ready which I had requested. An emergency arose (which I totally understand cannot be helped), but at check in time, 4:00, cleaners were still there and were still there until almost 4:30. I also understand we could have checked in at the 4:00 scheduled time but did not want to interrupt their process of cleaning, so we just get driving around until they left.The place was very clean at check in.The golf cart had numerous hiccup incidents and especially at traffic intersections when it stalled yet showed it was fully charged. This happened multiple times throughout our trip with even a short trip to park at the beach. The golf cart was a sandy mess upon arrival, but I sprayed it off every day to try and keep it clean and as much sand free as possible. When my husband and I reached out about the golf cart issues on check in date with a video, 6/17, we still were never contacted before check out on 6/21. Lastly, the house is listed as having a gas grill which we took multiple items to grill, and it was a charcoal grill which we were not prepared for and didn’t have the charcoal plus fluid. I realize we could have purchased those items, but the advertised information needs to be accurate when viewing a property to rent.All in all, the family enjoyed; however, I am stating some issues that could have been handled better.
