The layout combines a welcoming living area with a separate bedroom, creating an almost open-plan flow that feels light and comfortable throughout. A queen-size bed and a sofa bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements, while air conditioning, soundproofing and heating ensure year-round comfort. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries, towels and a hairdryer, creating a refreshing and relaxing environment.
The fully equipped kitchenette allows for convenient self-catering and includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and dining table, making it easy to enjoy relaxed meals in the privacy of the villa. The living area is completed with a seating space, flat-screen television, desk, wardrobe and safety deposit box, blending practicality with understated elegance.
