House in the middle of the mountains, quiet, spectacular view.
All the comfort for a weekend or stay with friends, family!

4 bedroom house for 8 people (+ baby cot), fully equipped.
In the heart of the Parc des Écrins.
Located next to the village of La Grave la Meije, at the foot of the Col du Lautaret, 25' from the slopes of Serre Chevalier, 35' from Briançon.
Hiking, cross-country skiing, tennis, swimming at the foot of the house.
House surrounded by mountains, fields and forests while being close to activities and shops.
The house:
A large living room on the first floor with open plan kitchen, living room and dining area; a door will lead to the laundry area (LL+SL), pantry and a toilet.
On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms on either side of the corridor, 2 with 140 beds and 2 other bedrooms with bunk beds (baby cot available on request), a bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer and a 2nd separate toilet.
House with large outdoor space equipped with a wooden table for 8, bbq, games, deckchairs...
Possible to park 2 cars at the back of the house (except yesterday very snowy, parking at 300m).
150m from the house a cottage with country dishes, tennis, mini golf, stopover school and via ferrata, many departures for walks and hikes (on foot or on skis).
In winter: Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on site (rental at the gite le moulin at 500m), natural ice rink (equipment rental at the gîte du pas de l'ane), departure of many hikes.
Resorts of la grave la meije and Chazelet at 15', snox kite site at 15' (col du lautaret), serre-chevalier domain at 25'
In summer, swimming in the surrounding lakes.
Messian Festival, Trails, derby de la Meije, stage of the Tour de France, cycling races, rafting, climbing....
