About this villa rental
Enjoy your vacation in the heart of Punta Cana Village, in a privileged, safe setting with easy access to everything! Featuring a pool and a year-round summer waterfall! ULTRA-CLEAN!
A detached, family-friendly, very cozy home with spaces to enjoy on your own or with the family. Located across from a playground and green spaces, just a 5-minute walk from shopping areas, restaurants, a church, a bar, and all kinds of services!
Not to mention the beaches in the Bávaro and Punta Cana areas!
The layout of the space makes it unique, allowing you to share pleasant common areas—such as the garden, pool, and barbecue—or enjoy some privacy within the house itself on the private terrace upstairs!
The house is laid out as follows:
On the first floor (first floor), you can enjoy a bright, open living-dining room, with a spectacular view of the garden and pool, a spacious kitchen, a full bathroom (shared with the downstairs bedroom), a bedroom with a double bed for two people, and finally a small staff room with its own bathroom and fan (no air conditioning), designed for those who need to bring domestic help.
Outside, you can enjoy a cozy terrace with lounge and dining furniture, set amidst the lush garden. It features a crystal-clear pool with a waterfall, garden chairs, lounge chairs, an outdoor table with chairs, and a barbecue—all adding to the true pleasure of relaxing in hammocks beneath authentic Caribbean palm trees, surrounded by palm trees and privacy.
On the second floor (first story), there is a spacious master bedroom with a large bathroom featuring dual showers and a sink, as well as three additional bedrooms—one with two double beds, one with a double bed, and finally, the studio, which features a trundle bed that converts into two single beds and a full-size bed. Rounding out the privacy is a cool, spacious terrace with marvelous views of the gardens, shrubs, the park, and the sports fields.
The house is equipped with various board games for everyone’s enjoyment, such as chess, Parchees, dominoes, Chinese checkers, cards, and bingo! And if you’d like to explore the neighborhood, there’s nothing better than taking a walk.
The location within the residential community is perfect—while not on the front line of the commercial areas, it offers excellent privacy and is less than a 10-minute walk from all services, stores, a pharmacy, a bank, churches, health centers, and restaurants, etc.
If you want to explore the entire area, we recommend renting a car so you can move freely to all the beaches and activities in the area. We have one of the most spectacular beach clubs about a 5-minute drive away. This club usually requires a minimum purchase of US$30–40 for adults and US$15–20 for children (you pay this upon entry, and it’s deducted from your total bill). Other beaches in the area include: Macao Beach, Pearl Beach Club, El Cortesito, Juanillo Beach, Doña Matilde Beach, Bibijagua, etc.
This area offers countless excursions and, of course, nightlife options, such as the famous Coco Bongo, bars, nightclubs, movie theaters, etc. You can also use private taxi services or Uber to enjoy the different beaches in the area and everything this beautiful region has to offer!
